I hate having to leave negative reviews, especially for a Starbucks, because it’s a brand I visit regularly. Unfortunately, this experience was let down by one employee whose attitude completely overshadowed everything else. I placed a mobile order and arrived about a minute after it was marked as ready. I stood at the handoff area for around six minutes. During that time, several staff members, including this employee, made eye contact with me multiple times but chose not to acknowledge that I had been standing there waiting. After waiting long enough, I walked over to the register. The same employee looked directly at me and asked, “How can I help you?” Naturally, I explained that I was waiting for my mobile order. Her response? “I can’t help you, I’m on my lunch.” She then walked away. Honestly, how embarrassing. If you’re on your lunch break, why are you stepping behind the counter, approaching customers, asking them if they need help, and then refusing to assist the second they answer? Either you’re on your lunch break or you’re working. You don’t invite a customer to explain their issue only to dismiss them and walk off. It showed a complete lack of professionalism, comm

I used to come to this location all the time but will never come again. A few days ago I came and ordered the falafel which is vegan (I am vegan and have a dairy allergy) I ate the entire thing then realized it may have been something else. I called and the manager confirmed from what I described they actually gave me the jalepeno chicken sandwich. Since I am vegan and have an allergy I was obviously a little upset but was still nice because he seemed very apologetic and kind and said I could come anytime say I talked to him and they’d give me a refund or a new sandwich. He did not say I needed a receipt or anything. Well I just went to get a pink drink (I did not want the sandwich) I knew there was a chance I couldn’t get the drink instead (but given the circumstances I would’ve expected they would allow me to just have the free drink instead of the falafel which is probably cheaper or the same price as the food anyway. I nicely explained what happened and that the manager said I could come and the guy was basically like “lol you want a free drink?” And got the manager who was this girl who opened the window didn’t say a word to me just looked at me so I didn’t even know who she

This is my favorite Starbucks location in the area. I always go inside to order my drink and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend the specialty matcha’s. I love getting an iced or matcha frappacino. Both the banana bread and double berry matcha are incredible. The staff in this location always go above and beyond to make my drinks perfect. This location is also very clean inside and has great parking.

LOVE the gorgeous blkkk queen that always makes my drink correctly and yummy!( I’m Latino btw nothing weird here) I wish you the best & Starbucks give that girl a raise !!!!🫶🏼

I just came from there. I went to get a drink for me and my sister before picking her up from school. Not only did I wait in line like 15 minutes, but once I finally get my drinks, first one she hands me looks fine. Then the second one looks foamy. I didn’t think anything of it. When I leave from the drive thru and pickup my sister from school, we start drinking, and naturally I took the foamy one. It literally tasted like soap. And now I have lingering taste and pain in my stomach. What was that for? For not leaving a tip? After waiting 15 minutes in line? If you’re the manager there, you need to get control of the situation. I don’t know the name of the person that handed me the drink, or if even she made it. But this can’t happen to all your customers just for not leaving tips. What if I gave that drink to my sister?
